Hello, my name is Richard, I have been a Christian since March, of 1999, my relationship with God is the most important thing in my life. Before I met Him, personally, I was an ok person, I didn't kill people, or curse out my neighboors. Even though, I was a so called "good" person, I still was reaping the wages of the sin in my life, which is death. It took the sacrifice of a Holy, Pure lamb, the only sacrifice that could erase my sins, and yours. God sent His only Son, down here to live with, teach to, suffer for, and eventually die for us. The shedding of His precious blood, was the only way to bridge the gap, that sin places between us and God.

     Through His sacrifice, we can now be cleansed of sin, and become the children of God. We need to be washed by His blood, it washes our sins away, so God only sees us clean and ready to do what he asks, not filthy from sin. Now, I don't mean we have to get in a bathtub full of Jesus' blood and wash up, it cleanses our hearts, spirits, and minds, and is done through the spirit. Once we are saved, which means saved from the payment of sin, which is death, torment, and pain in seperation from God. We can begin to grow, and mature in our relationship with Him, we can walk in His will for our lives, and be led by Him daily.

     Truthfully I tell you, He can be whatever you need, a doctor who's always on call if you're sick, a protector when you are under pressure or attack of the enemy, a Father who loves you more than you can imagine, a King who will bless you in every area of your life, when you live in obedience to His word and will.
